Loosely translated from Italian, the word Trova means to “find” or “identify.” Throughout my career in Recruiting, I have built an expertise in Talent Identification. With over 10 years’ of experience within the life sciences industry, I have partnered with startups to fully commercialized clients to fill openings across the country. Having worked for both in-house and external recruiting teams, I’ve developed a deep understanding and built success on getting candidates across the finish line. Established in 2021, Trova Talent is excited to pair clients with top tier talent within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industries.
Trova Talent utilizes multiple avenues to perform complex searches that identify candidates. These tools allow me to source the most qualified talent for open positions. During the sourcing process, I assess candidate qualifications, relevant experience and cultural fit to match the client’s needs. Additionally, I offer clients with hiring trends, salary negotiation expectations and current market conditions.
