Loosely translated from Italian, the word Trova means to “find” or “identify.” Throughout my career in Recruiting, I have built an expertise in Talent Identification. With over 15 years’ of experience within the life sciences industry, I have partnered with startups to fully commercialized clients to fill openings across the country. Having worked for both in-house and external recruiting teams, I’ve developed a deep understanding and built success on getting candidates across the finish line.
